We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
Head Chef – Contracted to 54 hours per week, experience preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the hotel, kitchen staff rota’s, stock control and ordering, designing seasonal menu’s and daily specials and overseeing and maintaining for food hygiene and handling practices within the kitchen.
Experience in catering for large weddings and functions is essential.
Housekeeper -Part time required, experience preferred.
To clean all areas of the hotel thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of hotel cleanliness.
Bar/Restaurant Staff – part time mainly evening and weekends, experience preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a good knowledge of food and drink required.
