The Airman Hotel offers a choice of two conference rooms to cater for small and large groups.

Conference Room One – A small room located to the rear of the hotels restaurant can seat up to 10 delegates. Perfect for smaller meetings, interviews and other events.

Conference Room Two – The hotel’s restaurant. Available for private hire, this multi purpose conference room can seat up to 30 delegates board room style or 70 theatre style. This room is available for a range of purposes such as breakfast meetings, training courses, product launches, conferences, interviews and other events.

Use of the hotels projector screen, flip chart, writing equipment and WIFI is included in the hire charge. * The hotel does not supply a projector

The conference organiser must provide information confirming the final number of delegates attending, equipment required and any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

24 Hour Delegate – £89.00 per delegate

Meeting held for up to 10 hours between 7:30am – 5:30pm
